Mobile Seva
Mobile Seva is aninnovative initiative launched by MeitY, Govt of India under mobile governanceto provide public services to the citizen over mobile phones and tablets. As apart of this initiative, a centralized platform (Mobile Seva) has been created by C-DAC Mumbai, as the core infrastructure for enabling Government Departmentsto offer the public services through mobile devices across various mobile-based delivery channels such as Short Message Services (SMS), Voice / InteractiveVoice Response System (IVRS), Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD),mobile applications (m-Apps) and AppStore for hosting mobile Applications . Mobile Seva aims to provide a one-stopsolution to all Government Departments across the Nation for all theirmobile-enablement needs.
